MY VACATIONS

Basically my vacations were sleeping, watching series and being with my family and being on my cellphone. Except for one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life.  I went to Purpose Tour, the first concert in my life and it was amazing, I went there with my best friend and I loved it because I was watching one of my favorite artist, I have waited so long to see him live and I did it this week, I shouted, sang and had so much fun!  Here are some pics that I took that day:

MANUPP'S: My Ideal Social Network

My Ideal Social Network would be a Network and an app where you can upload pictures and put descriptions on it, where you can make friends and follow famous people, you can upload stories of 24 hours, it will be like a combination of Instagram and Snapchat, but you’ll be able to choose a playlist of music while watching pictures, also you could share directly from this social network any picture, you could download any picture you want to your gallery. It will have many filters you could add to your photos, like the Snapchat filters; it will let you to pick the order of the photos, the color of your profile. You can also chat, but the chat will only last 24 hours, you’ll be able to put privacy however you want. If you’re watching other profile it will appear if that person follows you. It will be prohibited to offense the other. It will be called MANUPP'S.

This app won’t occupy any storage of your phone and if you don’t know what to eat MANUPP'S will suggest you what to eat.

ROUND TABLE

The principal topic about the round table was social networks and how some countries banned them.

Some of us agree with the banning because there are a lot of reasonable things to do it. Like in Arab Emirates the prohibited Flickr because people were publishing bad things like pornographic pictures. In some parts of China they banned Facebook because the workers were spending more time on Facebook than in their own jobs, on Turkey they prohibited Twitter and Facebook because they didn’t want the world to know their corruptly cases, some people on Turkey were publishing their opinions about the politic of their country.

Some of us disagree because social networks aren’t bad at all, it all depends on the use we give to them, like in the case of Flickr on Arab Emirates is not that necessary to banned this social network because not all of the people posts pornographic pictures, in fact most of the people posts nature pictures or pictures of themselves, so it isn’t fair for those who give GOOD USE to this social network.

Nowadays social networks are really useful their tools, we can use them for many things; like for communicating with your family from other parts of the world or for making homework with your classmates, to know about your friends and what are they doing and even you can get to know news and things that happen all over the world.

The conclusion of this round table was that social networks aren’t bad, it all depends on how we administrate them and in those cases of the pornographic posts or violent posts we have to watch out and be careful, and in the future teach our kids what things are really bad for them to see on Social Media.

MY BIOGRAPHY

Hi! My name is Manuela Lopez Diaz, I’m Colombian I was born in Bogota on May 15, 2001, I love my family, I have one brother, his name is Samuel, my dad's name is Horacio and my mom's name is Tatiana. I have two beautiful birds as pets, one is called Kevin and the other one is called Kia. They're cockatoos!

I like sports very much, my favorite one is soccer, now I'm in my school's Basketball team, It's really cool! I love spending time with my family and friends.
I Also Love Pizza, Chocolate, Singing, Dancing and Animals.

I’m studying at Gimnasio San Angelo, I’m here since kindergarten and now I’m in 10th Grade, I don't know what to study at College yet but I better hurry because I’m about to finish high school. I’m thinking of studying something related to languages, because for me it's a fun stuff to do, I would like to be able to talk to many people of different countries and cultures and it's something I’m good at, because when I was 6 or 7 years old, I went to live to Canada with my family, at the beginning it was a little hard to learn new things about that country but I learned English very fast. 
I Believe in God and "GOD IS MY GUIDE".

I want to become a professional and I want to be happy now and always.
